Only five months left before our churches most awaited centennial.

For the past months, I've been looking for the commemorative 100-peso bill with the INC centennial logo on it. If I remember it correctly, our central bank released this limited edition 100-peso bill on the last quarter of 2013. Since then, I wanted to have one. But not until this year that I finally able to get hold of it. I bought an MRT card and the cashier gave me the bill as change. Yatta!

Five more months before our church's anniversary, our administration planned various activities throughout the globe. These activities doesn't only aim to spread the true teachings of the bible, but also make the Church of Christ be known worldwide.Last year, we had this huge whole-day medical mission which earned us a spot at the Guiness World Record for the following category: (1)the largest dental health check, (2) the biggest number of blood pressure (BP) readings taken in eight hours and (3) the most numerous blood glucose level (BGL) tests, also conducted in eight hours. Just a week ago, we broke another record after our Worldwide Walk for Yolanda victims - (1) largest charity walk in 24 hours in multiple venues and (2) largest charity walk. And tomorrow, 22nd of February, we'll have another world-record attempt.
Sea of people before the walk starts.
I guess most of the people do not understand why we are doing this and why it is a big deal for us brethren. Oh yes, it's not really a big deal celebrating our church 100 years of existence. That for a hundred year, we've manage to spread the words of GOD all over the world; that we're able to keep our faith with GOD stronger; and through ups and downs, we're still Iglesia ni Cristo.
To GOD be all the GLORY!
