I was scheduled to take my laboratory test on that day. We went to the Medicard office to process my confirmation for the blood test, which usually takes a maximum of 15 minutes waiting time. Take note, 15 minutes. However, things got so disappointing when the health staff made us wait or three and a half hours. I was on fasting and was really starving to death.
